In Supervisor Mode, the training requirements can be set by individual, team, group, department and title. In Employee Mode, the user can accomplish individual and job specific training requirements, learning paths and then verify their understanding through quizzes and tests. After the scheduled training is completed, the interval resets again from the last completion date.
This learning management system incorporates quizzes and tests to help determine an employee’s competency rating. The average rating is compiled per employee and also per special group. Other skill level and competency features can be used by the manager to determine overall competency in their team, group or department.
Managers can set an override to the established training interval by training item per employee to allow for more or less frequency of scheduled interval training. This feature allows for a more personal approach to recurring training.
