For instance, create a management review agenda, store meeting minutes and identify action items, adverse trends and other problems or nonconformities that may require corrective action, resolution or follow up. Set up templates for recurring or frequent meetings where the same topics are reviewed each period. Copy a previous meeting instead of starting new. Create a new meeting when necessary.
Reporting features for meeting manager are similar to other Quality Data Bay products and use filters to narrow a search or to report specific information from several meetings.

Searching for a record is easy. In Tree Mode, you can group records by:
You can choose to show only open records, closed records, or open and closed records.
In Find Mode, you can query records by title or text string. A reference such as an audit or trend chart can be used to group like records to facilitate finding those records later. A text string can also be used to locate a record.
For instance, you need to recall a meeting report from 2013, type 2013 into the Text String field and select the text field labels most likely to contain the text. The search results will produce a record list of exact matches.
The third search type is Jump to Record. Use this feature when you already know the title or ID number of the record. The database will jump directly to that record.
